Thanks for using Aethos! I'm Ondřej, a solo developer from the Czech Republic. Aethos is a companion app designed to help you track your Riftbound TCG matches. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If something doesn't sit right with you, no hard feelings — just don't use the app.

Important: Aethos was created under Riot Games' "Legal Jibber Jabber" policy using assets owned by Riot Games.

What Aethos does

Aethos is a companion app for tracking your Riftbound TCG card game matches. It helps you:

• Track scores and match results
• Keep a history of your games
• Analyze your performance
• Unlock optional premium features with Aethos Prime

Your license to use

I'm giving you a personal, non-commercial license to use Aethos on your devices. Please don't:

• Reverse engineer or decompile the app
• Use it for anything illegal
• Try to redistribute or sell it

Privacy & data

Your privacy matters. Here's the quick version:

• Your match data is stored locally on your device
• I collect anonymous analytics via PostHog (EU servers) to improve the app — no personal info, ever
• You can switch analytics off any time in Settings → Privacy → Analytics
• I never sell or share data with advertisers

Aethos Prime (subscriptions)

Prime is totally optional. If you choose to subscribe, you can choose from the following tiers:

Subscription options

• Monthly: Auto-renews each month until you cancel
• Yearly: Auto-renews each year until you cancel
• Lifetime: One-time purchase, yours forever

Free trial

The Monthly and Yearly plans include a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel before it ends, you'll be charged automatically.

Billing & cancellation

All payments go through Apple (iOS) or Google (Android) — I never see your payment info. Prices are shown in your local currency.

• iOS — cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Android — cancel in Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions

Be cool

Please don't:

• Use the app to break any laws
• Try to mess with how the app works
• Use bots or automated tools to access it

No guarantees

I built this app with care, but I can't promise it will be perfect. The app is provided "as is" — I do my best, but bugs happen. I'm not liable for any issues that arise from using the app.

Changes

I might update these terms occasionally. If I do, the new version applies when you continue using the app.

If things go wrong

I hope it never comes to this, but I reserve the right to suspend access if someone is misusing the app or violating these terms.

Legal stuff

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
